Grand & Growing Privacy Policy

Our Approach

Grand & Growing is designed to help families preserve their stories, photographs, videos, voices, and family history. Your family content belongs to your family.

Information Grand & Growing Stores

Depending on how you use the app, Grand & Growing may store family stories and memories, photographs, videos, audio recordings, family member and child profile information, birthdays or ages, family calendar information, Family Circle membership information, contributor identifiers, and saved keepsake information.

iCloud and CloudKit

Grand & Growing uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to store and synchronize applicable family information. This allows your family content to remain available across supported devices and may help restore content after reinstalling the app or moving to another device using the appropriate Apple account.

Family Circle Sharing

When content is shared through a Family Circle, it may be available to people who have access to that Family Circle. Shared content can include stories, photographs, videos, audio, family profiles, and related family information.

Contributors

Grand & Growing uses identity information to help determine who created contributed memories and which memories a contributor may edit within the app. Displayed names are not used by themselves to establish ownership of a memory.

Children and Family Information

Grand & Growing may contain information about children when an adult family member chooses to preserve family memories, photographs, stories, ages, birthdays, or other family history. Adults who add or share this information are responsible for having appropriate authority to do so.

Advertising and Tracking

Grand & Growing does not sell your family memories or personal information. Grand & Growing does not use family content for advertising or for tracking you across other companies' apps or websites.

Leaving a Family Circle

Leaving a Family Circle removes your access to that Family Circle. Memories you previously contributed may remain part of the family's shared history unless they are separately deleted in accordance with the app's available controls and permissions.

Deleting Content

Grand & Growing provides controls for deleting certain content you have permission to manage. Because some information may be shared with a Family Circle or synchronized through iCloud, deletion behavior may depend on the type of information, your role, and the applicable sharing permissions.

Exporting Your Story

Grand & Growing includes tools that allow selected family stories and media to be exported into a portable keepsake. After an export leaves Grand & Growing, you are responsible for where that exported file is stored or shared.

Data Retention

Family content is retained as needed to provide Grand & Growing's features and to preserve the family history users choose to keep. Content may remain until it is deleted, removed from a Family Circle where applicable, or otherwise removed through available data-management controls.

Apple Services

Grand & Growing relies on Apple services including iCloud and CloudKit. Apple's handling of information through those services is also governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.

Requests concerning access to or deletion of Grand & Growing information can be sent to support@sandykeyboard.com.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Grand & Growing evolves. When material changes are made, the effective date shown above will be updated.
