Grand & Growing Terms of Use

Your Family Content

You retain ownership of the stories, photographs, videos, audio, and other family content you add to Grand & Growing.

Permission to Provide the Service

By adding content to Grand & Growing, you give the app the limited permission necessary to store, synchronize, display, share, and export that content as part of providing its features.

Family Circle Sharing

Content added to a Family Circle may be available to other people who have access to that Family Circle. You are responsible for choosing what you share and for understanding that shared family content may remain part of the family's history.

Content You Add

You are responsible for having the appropriate rights or permission to add and share photographs, videos, recordings, stories, and other information through Grand & Growing.

Children and Family Information

Adults who add information about children or other family members are responsible for having appropriate authority to preserve and share that information.

Contributed Memories

Grand & Growing may use contributor identity information to determine which contributed memories a person may edit within the app. Displayed names alone do not establish ownership of a memory.

Leaving a Family Circle

Leaving a Family Circle ends your access to that Family Circle. Memories you previously contributed may remain part of the family's shared history unless they are separately deleted according to the app's available controls and permissions.

Exported Keepsakes

Grand & Growing may allow you to export selected family stories and media into a portable keepsake. Once an exported file leaves the app, you are responsible for how it is stored, copied, or shared.

Service Availability

Grand & Growing is designed to preserve family memories, but no digital service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent protection against every possible form of data loss. You are encouraged to keep exported copies of especially important family keepsakes.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Grand & Growing to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, or intentionally misuse the app or its services.

Subscriptions

If Grand & Growing offers paid subscriptions, pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation, and purchase terms will be presented before purchase and handled through Apple's applicable purchasing services.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as Grand & Growing evolves. When material changes are made, the effective date shown above will be updated.
